Jordan Silva is the founder of MSP Culture and a fractional CTO and CISO for managed service providers. He has spent twenty years in IT and cybersecurity, starting on a dial-up-era help desk and going on to build and turn around managed services, security operations and service delivery teams. He holds the CISSP, C|CISO and PMP along with SANS/GIAC certifications in security operations management, forensics and threat intelligence, serves on the GIAC Advisory Board, and has published courses with Pluralsight and EmpathMSP.
